We are frustrated if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you receive, and for most items in brand new condition we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

1. Please contact me through our website and state the item you would like to return and why. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience and cooperation will be greatly appreciated.
2. Upon receipt of our return instructions, please pack the returned item in its original packaging. 
3. Deliver the package to your local post office .
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the package. If we do not receive advance notice of a refund to your payment account, we will send the refund to your bank account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Return Conditions 
1.You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can of course come to us within 30 days of receiving the item. 
2. Returned items must be in unused condition with original packaging. We do not accept returns that are worn, damaged, cleaned or altered in any way. 
3. We do not accept returns that you send directly to us without first checking with us. 
4. We do not provide freight collect (FTC) services for packages returned to us. The cost of return will be borne by you. 

Return Address 

If you wish to return a product, please contact us for the return address and submit the ticket in your account and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Note: Do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect your return processing.
